How I work with founders

Terms in writing before call one. Commission, split rules, and follow-up ownership are confirmed by email before I take a live call.
A CRM or tracking system. Every lead I work is logged, so credit on a delayed deal is never a guess.
Non-exclusive. I may run other closing work alongside yours, and I protect your call blocks.
Delayed deals have an owner. If a buyer says yes but needs a couple of weeks, we agree up front who follows up and how credit is split.

Do you require a base salary?

No — straight commission only. I'm looking for warm-lead offers with fair per-deal pay, not a base.

What hours are you available?

8am-1pm Eastern, every day. I'm in Cebu, so that's my evening and overnight. If you need coverage outside that window, tell me before we start.

Do you handle leads that need follow-up time?

Yes — if someone needs a week or two before deciding, I stay on it personally rather than letting the lead go cold.
